He is passionate about leveraging data, operational excellence, and AI-enabled recruitment practices to help clients solve complex talent challenges while building high-performing recruitment teams.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Tony spent four years with Genpact leading global technology hiring, six years with Tech Mahindra leading IT hiring and building recruitment capabilities in RPA and Analytics, and over eight years with Sutherland Global Services in progressive recruitment leadership roles. Across his career, he has led enterprise hiring programs, optimized recruitment operations, and partnered with senior business leaders to deliver strategic workforce solutions across technology, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and Capital Markets domain.
Tony holds a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources and is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Konkani.
