He supports his clients to develop their leadership pipeline and design engaging and effective leadership programs. He is also an experienced facilitator of both virtual and on-site trainings and workshops. Moreover, Mr. Holstad has deep psychometric expertise helping clients to select the right personnel for mission critical roles. As a coach he supports leaders and executives to realise their full potential.
Mr. Holstad has worked as a researcher at University of Leipzig mainly focusing on the topic of leadership. At the same time, he worked as a consultant and trainer. In 2015 he joined Korn Ferry in Frankfurt, working in the digital business.
In 2018, he took on roles in the industry working as a Senior Expert and Project Lead in Culture and Leadership Development and Change Management at Deutsche Bahn. In 2021, Mr.
Holstad returned to Korn Ferry to contribute to the Leadership Development and Assessment & Succession practice.
Mr. Holstad studied Psychology in Kiel/Germany and holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Leipzig/Germany. His thesis is on leadership development. Mr Holstad is an educated coach and a member of the German Psychologists Association (DGPs) He is fluent in German, English, and Norwegian.
