Her focus was on delivering software and subscription services tailored to employee recognition and engagement.

Traci's roots run deep in Texas, and she currently calls Conroe her home, where she resides with her husband of three decades. Their family includes two wonderful children and a cherished granddaughter. When not immersed in the world of HR and business development, Traci can often be found outdoors, whether it's boating, lounging at the beach, or enjoying a peaceful day by the pool. Her interests extend to shopping, interior decorating, and the art of entertaining.
