Prior to Korn Ferry, Travis spent 7.5 years with Hobbs & Towne, a boutique Executive Search firm, partnering with Investors and Leaders to assist in building out high-growth portfolio companies. HTI was later acquired by True Search and transformed into the first Climate Tech & Sustainability practice within the firm. This platform allowed the expansion of search work into broader sectors, functions and sizes of companies. Travis later joined LEAD3R, a Talent & Advisory firm, where he assisted in the build out of the Executive Search division.
Travis' 10+ years in executive recruiting and talent services has developed a skillset focused on high quality delivery and client relationships.
As a Managing Consultant, he creates an individual approach to each client's need through accessibility and collaboration. His attention to detail and relationship building gives him the ability to place a well-rounded, best fit executive. Success is defined not only by a completed search, but client satisfaction.
Travis earned his Bachelors from Le Moyne College with a major in Finance.
