Vanessa is an experienced Director at Korn Ferry, playing a pivotal role in implementing RPO solutions for our global clients, with a particular emphasis on the EMEA region. She leads a dedicated team of Implementation Specialists, expertly managing large and complex client implementations to enhance the value of our RPO solutions.
Vanessa has a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with stakeholders across various business sectors. She has a keen interest in process improvement and is committed to enhancing collaboration between our internal teams and clients, with the goal of adding value and increasing satisfaction levels.
Before joining the Implementation Team in 2017, Vanessa successfully managed the Korn Ferry | Swarovski account, leading a team across the DACH region and Poland.
Her role as Account Manager followed her tenure as a Recruitment Business Partner for the client.
Vanessa’s diverse experience includes roles as an Inhouse Recruiter and a consultant for an international recruitment firm based in Germany. She holds an Economics degree (Dipl. Volkswirtin) from the University of Bonn, with majors in Personnel & Organizational Economics and Finance, and a minor in German Private and Public Law. She also earned a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Korn Ferry in association with Duke Corporate Education.
Her international exposure includes a term at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), USA, and an internship with a boutique recruitment agency in Vancouver, BC, Canada. A native German speaker, Vanessa is also fluent in English.
