She has worked across High Tech, Banking Captives Shared Services, Consulting and Pharmaceutical sectors as a part of her work experience spanning across consulting and corporate rewards roles.

She is adept in managing large and complex projects and leading executive presentations. She is client centric, process oriented and methodical in her way of working.

She also manages client relationships across multiple other sectors.

She has led mid to large size design and transformation projects around Total Rewards, Job evaluation and employee engagement.

Before joining Korn Ferry, she was a part of the Total Rewards Team at Infosys and LG. She then took up the role of Global Product Leader at Willis Towers Watson.

In her last stint at Mylan, she was the Rewards Leader and Project Manager for M&A Integration function for India & Emerging markets managing all end-to-end projects and activities for 13 countries.

She leads delivery for Pay and Work Measurement for India, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines and Korea for Korn Ferry Digital.

Vasudha is a Computer Science Engineer who holds an MBA degree in HR from Nirma University, Ahmedabad and has a collective work experience of 12 years primarily in the Total Rewards domain.
