Veronica Ge is a member of the Korn Ferry Institute. Her role focuses on creating scalable analytics solutions to answer clients’ talent questions efficiently with turnkey dashboards, Generative AI, and internal analytics tools.
She leads teams to create interactive and impactful data insights for Fortune 20 clients across technology, consumer, and pharmaceutical industries.
She has overseen large-scale predictive analytics projects with teams of data scientists to uncover key drivers and unconscious biases throughout clients’ talent processes such as hiring, promotions, retention, pay & rewards, and engagement.
Ms. Ge spearheads KFI’s initiative to bring generative AI into talent analytics digital products and delivery processes.
She has an aptitude for translating complex technical analyses into compelling and comprehensible visual insights to facilitate audience engagement and decision making.
She leads cross-functional teams consisting of data scientists, software developers, I/O psychologists to expand and enhance Korn Ferry’s analytics product and solution offerings in collaboration with advisory partners.
Ms. Ge graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in transportation planning. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Ms. Ge worked as a senior aviation consultant at a Fortune 500 global engineering company, where she used data analytics and visualization to help major hub airports across the US predict air travel demands and plan for facility expansion.
