Senior Client Partner

Victoria has 20+ years of experience counseling clients on how to define and advance their purpose, social impact, ESG, sustainability and corporate social responsibility strategies.

She is a senior partner in the ESG & Sustainability Solutions practice at Korn Ferry, which helps boards and senior leaders shape their ESG and sustainability strategy and works with organizations to embed ESG into the operating model and culture so that people can best deliver against ESG objectives.

Victoria is passionate about helping companies understand and meet changing stakeholder expectations for how companies can drive sustainable business growth while having a positive social and environmental impact.

She understands what it takes to earn attention in a crowded landscape and to communicate what matters to key stakeholders—including investors, employees, Boards of Directors and consumers.

She created a data-backed process for a global beverage company to evaluate when and how to engage on emerging social and policy issues.

Victoria has advised several Fortune 500 companies on how to craft an ESG narrative aligned to their corporate brand and narrative and up-level how they report on progress in formal ESG reports and in ongoing storytelling.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as Executive Vice President and North American lead for Weber Shandwick’s Social Impact practice. Prior to that, she was the Deputy Director for communications and public affairs for the United Nations Foundation, engaging companies in public-private partnerships to make progress on global health and development.

Victoria has a M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
