Victoria has extensive experience counseling clients on how to define and advance their ESG, Sustainability, Social Impact and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies.​

Victoria brings more than 20+ years of experience working with clients to define and deliver people-centered ESG and sustainability strategies.​

Victoria is passionate about helping companies understand changing stakeholder expectations around purpose and sustainability. She has expertise on ESG reporting frameworks and standards.​

She understands what it takes to earn attention in a crowded landscape and to communicate what matters to key stakeholders—including investors, employees, Boards of Directors and consumers.​

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as Executive Vice President and North American lead for Weber Shandwick’s Social Impact practice.

She has worked with a range of clients, including KPMG, Roche, Abbott and Bank of America to engage employees and drive ESG results.

Victoria has a M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and a B.A. in International Studies from American University. She is also an ICF-certified coach and trained in the Immunity to Change™ mapmaking model of personal and organizational change.

She serves on the board of DC Net Impact and on the communications committee of the ICF DC Metro chapter.
