His experience spans a broad range of organization effectiveness solutions, including job evaluation, job architecture, grading and banding design, organization design, operating model design, workforce planning, and performance management. He has led multiple enterprise-wide job evaluation and role architecture engagements using the Korn Ferry Hay Methodology and has supported organizations through business transformation, organizational scaling, and operating model evolution.

Complementing his organization-focused work, Vigneshwaran has extensive experience in talent strategy and leadership advisory, including succession planning, talent assessment, competency framework design, high-potential identification, leadership development, and talent review processes. He has helped organizations design and implement integrated talent management frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines and enable informed decisions across hiring, development, promotion, and succession.

Vigneshwaran has worked with leading multinational and Indian organizations across sectors including industrial manufacturing, metals and mining, automotive, energy, technology, financial services, consumer, pharmaceuticals, professional services, and the social sector.

Prior to Korn Ferry, he worked in organization transformation, supporting initiatives in organizational development, learning, and capability building. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and is certified across several Korn Ferry leadership, assessment, and job evaluation solutions.
