Vincent is a Managing Consultant for Korn Ferry in their Professional Search Sales, Marketing & Digital COE division.

He assists his clients who are looking for rapid growth or continued growth on the enterprise level by connecting them with top tier sales & marketing leaders. He also assists his clients with finding enterprise level individual contributor talent that have high growth potential.

Vincent provides his clients a wide range of candidates per search, so the market is fully vetted, giving his clients the ability to interview multiple profiles and feel comfortable about their future hire. He takes the time at the start of the search to really listen and learn what the client needs are by conducting an extensive intake call for every engagement. Vincent’s persistence per engagement sets him up apart from other consultants in the space and results in his high success rate per search. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Vincent had over ten years of search experience having started at a boutique retained search firm focused on executive level engagements with Fortune 1000 clients.

Vincent resides in the greater Chicago area and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from DePaul University. He is an avid golfer and loves getting out to play different golf courses in the area. During the week you can find him at the gym or running down the lakefront in Chicago.
