Vincent has over 10+ years of search experience having started at a boutique retained search firm focused on executive level engagements with Fortune 1000 clients. He has now been a part of Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company for 8+ years and enjoys making a positive impact on a daily basis. Over his time at Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company, Vincent has received multiple awards for over achievement including President’s Club and Sales Incentive Trips for being a consistent top performer. Vincent grew up in the greater Chicago area and always wanted to go to DePaul University to study Communications where he graduated in 2012.

Vincent is an avid golfer and loves getting out to play different golf courses in the greater Chicago area. During the week you can find him at the gym or running down the lakefront in Chicago.
