Principal, Organizational Strategy, Work & Career Architecture SAM Regional Leader

Vinícius Andrade is the regional leader in South America, specialized in organizational strategy, job architecture, and career development, in the Digital Services segment of Korn Ferry.

He is currently responsible for managing the team dedicated to conducting and delivering projects related to jobs and salaries, which include everything from job evaluations to the most complex organizational and salary review plans.

With the goal of supporting our clients in attracting and retaining talent, he provides data, analysis and comparisons with the market to assist them in implementing remuneration policies, aiming for the greatest alignment with the company's global strategy. He is able to provide innovative and effective solutions to the challenges faced by companies in his area of expertise.

He has been with Korn Ferry for almost 5 years and has previously been responsible for conducting remuneration projects in companies of different sectors, including Mining, Steel, Metallurgy, Agriculture, Transportation, Logistics, Oil and Gas.

With more than 16 years of experience in compensations and benefits, he began his career at Hay Group in 2006 and has worked for leading companies in the Telecommunications, Retail and Paper and Pulp sectors, such as Claro, Carrefour and Klabin, working on various remuneration and job structure projects.

He holds a degree in Systems Analysis from the São Paulo Technology College and a Bachelor's degree in Sciences and Humanities and also in Economics from the Federal University of ABC, which allows him to have a broad and multidisciplinary view of Human Resources related issues.
