She manages search efforts across organizations in the related industries in US and Canada, including Aerospace, defense and aviation, agribusiness, infrastructure and construction, etc.  She specializes in middle to senior level roles in General Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, etc. Vinna’s work is focused on retained search projects in North America.

Vinna has a combined of 20 years’ work experience, of which over 10 years were spent in professional search with engagements spanning across Hong Kong, South East Asia and the Middle East. She is currently based in the Korn Ferry Vancouver office.

Vinna started career in Marketing before pivoting her career into professional search where she has spent nearly 7 years in Michael Page Hong Kong with functional expertise in finance, sales and marketing, and human resources across multiple industries. With a passion in business aviation, she moved in-house with a renowned business jet operator in Asia for nearly 6 years, last role being the Head of Marketing and Aircraft Management & Charter Sales.

Leveraging on her in-house exposure and professional search background, Vinna founded her own search business in Hong Kong with a concentration in the business aviation industry in Asia and beyond. 

She has been engaged in middle to senior level roles across finance, business development, legal, human resources, sales & marketing, as well as technical arena including ground operations, flight operations, and maintenance & engineering.  

Vinna holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, with a concentration in Marketing. She is also an Accredited Associate Coach (ACC) under International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as awarded by the UK Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) as an Accredited Associate Executive Coach.
