As head of the Operations, Vinod oversees Korn Ferry’s RPO Operations for a Global marquee Technology Client in India.
Vinod is a hands-on leader and is passionate about supporting clients navigate the ever-evolving talent acquisition ecosystem. He has spent the past two decades partnering with them to address current and future talent requirements.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Vinod was in a senior leadership role for seven years at a global RPO and Staffing Services organization where he led regional RPO teams for a global IT Services client. He has also led Talent Acquisition teams in global IT Services and Life Sciences environment.
Vinod holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Work and has also undergone a Leadership Development Program with Harvard. He is an active member of RPO and Staffing Associations in India.
Vinod is fluent in English, Hindi and few other local dialects spoken in India.
