Ms. Kligyte is a passionate thought leader who challenges organisations to transform themselves by taking an integrated view to talent management. She has presented at international conferences, such as HR Vision, and published in peer reviewed journals.   

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she has served as a lead researcher and managed multi-million dollar projects with Department of Defence, and prestigious NIH and NSF foundations. As a senior talent management consultant at DDI, she has partnered with over 100 organisations on transforming their business and culture via application of impactful talent strategies. She has worked across different business sectors with an in-depth expertise in financial, technology, industrial, consumer, and professional services.

Ms. Kligyte has over fifteen years experience in applied research and consulting at Fortune 500 companies and public sector. 

Her areas of expertise include:

• Talent strategy: aligning local and global talent strategy to business and cultural priorities.
• Talent identification: success profile and competency model development; designing and conducting assessments from aspiring leaders to CEOs.
• Leadership development: designing and facilitating development programs and career paths; providing individual coaching.
• Succession planning: designing and implementing Hi-Po identification and development programs.
• Large global project execution: managing global execution teams, delivering start-to-end initiatives; measuring business impact and ROI.

She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, USA. She has obtained M.Phil. in English Linguistics with the focus on Psycholinguistics from the University of Bergen, Norway. She has lived and worked in multiple countries, namely Lithuania, Norway, India, Canada, USA, Barbados, and UK. Her unique leadership philosophy has been inspired by her personal experiences as a mountain climber, conquering the peaks with her team worldwide.
