Wally Greene

Wally Greene brings more than 30 years of experience in multi-level talent acquisition in both in-house corporate and search firm environments, including 20 years in executive search.

Today, he manages multiple client engagements across consumer products, alc and non-alc beverages, and media/entertainment in the functions of marketing & sales, brand and general management, operations, and communications. Mr. Greene is a trusted advisor and a skilled face to the market for his clients and a resource translating client needs to recommendations of appropriate solutions.

Mr. Greene was previously part of the Global Talent Acquisition team at American Express Company, responsible for managing executive search engagements across multiple global lines of business and functional areas.

Prior to American Express, Mr. Greene was managing director of his own firm providing retained executive search to major media and industrial clients across the functions of sales management, digital content, marketing, general management, supplier quality, and engineering management.

Mr. Greene previously worked with Korn Ferry Futurestep as project leader managing a recruitment team executing a front office sales RPO project and earlier in his career, was Vice President, Global Client Strategy for Korn Ferry and spent several years as Client Partner with primary clients in advertising and marketing services networks.

Before entering the executive search profession, he held senior advertising sales positions in magazine publishing with the Hearst Corporation and Condé Nast, representing well-known titles such as Gourmet, HG/House & Garden and The Atlantic Monthly.

Mr. Greene earned his bachelor of arts degree in English and French from Washington & Jefferson College where he was an NCAA Division III swimmer. He continues to be a Masters Swimmer today and serves as a Career Mentor for the college.
