He provides customized solutions for designing reward systems through salary reviews for senior executives and non-execs and provides advice on remuneration best practices.
He has delivered large scale governmental and semi-governmental engagements related to pay and benefits and supported clients in aspects of managing costs, employee retention and attraction of the best talent.
In addition, he has worked with organizations to assess and identify employees with leadership potential and he has also supported his clients to isolate certain complex issues deduced from the employee opinion surveys,
Warren holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Mumbai. He is also a certified TalentQ practitioner.
