




Ms. Beecham’s diverse and global career has spanned operational and executive management roles in corporate, non-profit and start-up/small business sectors in the US, Europe, and Asia.. These experiences have allowed her to develop acute insights and problem-solving responses in support of her senior executive clients.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms Beecham had an extensive career in the electronic publishing industry including roles as managing director of Sweet & Maxwell, a UK legal publishing division of the Thomson Corporation and as a senior vice president at Lexis Nexis, a division of Reed Elsevier.
As managing director - executive education at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management she led the development of customized executive education programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients in agriculture, healthcare and financial services in the US and China.
Ms. Beecham consults with CEO’s and senior teams in areas such as enterprise leadership, board and top team effectiveness, CEO Simulation, CEO and c suite succession planning and leadership development. She is a coach in the Korn Ferry Executive to Leader and Chief Executive Institutes.
Her work with clients has spanned industries including consumer, technology, energy, pharma/biotech, food and agriculture, and financial services/pension funds. As an executive coach, Ms. Beecham inspires her clients to create opportunities to achieve their highest potential.
Ms. Beecham previously served on the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors in Northern California and is an advisory board member for Illuminate Ventures, a Silicon Valley venture fund.
Ms. Beecham holds a master’s degree in library science from North Texas State University and a bachelor of science degree from Texas Woman’s University. She received her coaching qualification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
