He has delivered projects across industries including financial services, energy, and retail, contributing to sustainable business outcomes.
He has also supported complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with a focus on organizational design, workforce planning, and reward strategy. He recently contributed to a large-scale transformation for a leading energy company, supporting structural redesign, career architecture, and reward framework development in response to changes in the energy landscape and government policies. In addition, he worked on developing workforce and reward strategies for banks, helping to enhance HR practices and prepare for disruption from AI technologies.
Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Wuttichai has worked with clients across industries such as financial services, energy, retail, and telecommunications. His experience includes working with leading organizations such as PTT Group, SCB, KBank, MEA, and NT. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University (Second-Class Honors).
