Xavier Segrestin is responsible for leading Korn Ferry's RPO operations and contributing to the growth of the Talent Acquisition Solutions business in France.

Before joining Korn Ferry, he was an Advisory Director at Adecco Global Solutions, where he launched a new solution set for RPO projects, and managed the EMEA wide large projects.

Mr. Segrestin started his career at Nestle where he was an internal auditor and production manager within the Coffee department. He then joined Michael Page as a consultant and quickly move up to a manager role of the Engineering practice, where he sold his first large projects recruitment in the Industrial sector.

Mr. Segrestin has more than 15 years' experience in designing, implementing and managing complex RPOs and Project recruitment solutions for large companies in France and in Europe.

He's got a unique experience in France in helping clients deploy the best Talent Acquisition strategies, thanks to a large set of skills and key competencies (organizational audit, solutions design, RPO management, continuous improvement, …) he developed over time.

French native speaker and fluent in English, Mr. Segrestin is an engineer graduated from AgroParisTech (Institut National Agronomique).
