Yaarit’s focus is on the human capability and potential with experience in strategy, operating model and organization  design leadership, development, activation and culture and designing and delivering holistic approaches.

Yaarit earned her MBA from University of the Witwatersrand and her BS degrees in Psychology and Social Work from Rand Afrikaans University and University of the Witwatersrand respectively.
