Zann is a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, based in Singapore, with over 16 years of experience advising leaders across industries and geographies. She specialises in executive coaching, leadership development, and cultural transformation, helping organisations accelerate high-potential talent, strengthen leadership pipelines, and embed future-ready cultures.
She has partnered with a wide range of organisations—from global technology leaders such as Apple, Amazon, and Google, to pharmaceuticals like Johnson & Johnson, and financial institutions including Citibank, UBS, and Manulife. Across these engagements, she is known for curating bespoke leadership journeys that blend rigour, creativity, and measurable business impact.
Her background spans start-ups, consulting, and government, giving her a unique ability to work across high-growth, complex, and large-scale environments. She has led leadership and change initiatives with Accenture on multi-country digital transformation programmes, partnered with fast-scaling start-ups to professionalise culture and leadership, and designed national leadership programmes for the Singapore government.
She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)—credentials that anchor her practice in both rigour and impact.
Zann’s academic foundation combines both analytical and human insight—a first-class honours degree in Accountancy and a second degree in Literature and Psychology.
Curious and adventurous by nature, she draws inspiration from cycling, tennis, painting, and exploring cultures around the world—from the glaciers of Iceland to the Himalayas of Nepal.
