In her last role as a change management consultant, she partnered with leaders to execute digital transformation strategies, facilitated strategic discussions with leaders of high growth enterprises on successful change management and talent management strategies.
She is certified in PROSCI Change Management and Coaching, Zann’s expertise is in leadership development, talent strategy and organisational development.
Zann also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
Zann is an Associate Coach with ICF as well as the Worldwide Association of Coaches.
Her experience includes performance and transition coaching for middle management.
Her clientele includes Manulife, Citibank, Bank of Singapore, Shiseido, DB Schenker, Schaeffler, Partners Group as well as the Singapore Government.
Zann's academic qualifications include a First-Class Honours in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Psychology.
