WEBINAR SERIES

EU Pay Transparency Directive

This webinar series identifies EU Pay Transparency and Equal Pay Directive, what it means for your organization, how to prepare, and how to bring it to life and ensure sustainable change.

Would you like to know more about the EU Pay Transparency and Equal Pay Directive, and what it means for your organization, including what to look for, how to prepare, and how to bring it to life and ensure sustainable change?

This important compliance and strategic challenge is likely to be one of the key focus areas for rewards and HR professionals in all EU member states for the next few years. The Directive is also not just about pay and will touch everything in HR: Recruitment, selection, pay setting, pay progression, talent management, job architecture, engagement, culture, communication, and change. This can be quite daunting. The first questions to ask are: Where do we start? And how do we move from “know” to “do”?

We have organised a series of three webinars around this big theme and have focused on 3 insightful webinars.
