Amber Foucault Joins Korn Ferry
Amber Foucault has joined the firm as Chief Product & Technology Officer within its Talent and Organizational Solutions business.
Toronto, September 23, 2026 – Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Amber Foucault has joined the firm as Chief Product & Technology Officer within its Talent and Organizational Solutions business. In this role, she will lead the continued advancement of the business’s talent products and technology platform, including Talent Suite, Korn Ferry’s intelligence engine, built on decades of expertise, proprietary data and proven science about people, organizations and what drives performance.
Foucault brings extensive product and technology leadership experience across enterprise software, human capital management and artificial intelligence. She has led global teams responsible for developing and scaling large-scale enterprise technology platforms.
