Dominic Cottone Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

New York, July 2, 2026 – Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Dominic Cottone has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner in Life Sciences. He will be based in the firm's New York office.

Cottone brings more than 25 years of experience advising boards, CEOs, and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and organizational transformation. His expertise includes helping organizations strengthen leadership capability and enhance executive team performance.

Cottone holds a master's degree in organizational communication, learning and design from Ithaca College.
