Los Angeles, Nov. 10, 2022 – Korn Ferry today announced that it has been awarded a 2022 Gold Medal Sustainability Rating from EcoVadis. The rating is an evaluation of how well companies integrate the principles of sustainability into their business and management systems.

Korn Ferry ranks in the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis globally for their overall sustainability performance. The ranking factors in 21 issues that are grouped into four themes (labor and human rights, environment, ethics, and sustainable procurement). The 21 issues are based upon international sustainability standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, the United Nations Global Compact Principles, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, and the CERES principles.

In assessing organizations, EcoVadis evaluates company policies, actions, and results.
