Los Angeles, Nov. 8, 2023 – Korn Ferry today announced that it is a recipient of the U.S. Department of Labor’s 2023 Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award. This is the only federal-level veteran’s employment award that recognizes an organization’s commitment to veteran hiring, retention and professional development. This is the second year in a row that the firm received this honor.

Korn Ferry was chosen because it has shown a commitment to hiring veterans and ensuring that they have a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service.

In addition to Korn Ferry’s commitment to hiring veterans, it also is continuing to expand its veteran recruiting practice. Through KF Advance, it offers coaching and development for veterans who are seeking to transition from the military into civilian careers.
