Skip to main contentLos Angeles, Jan. 27, 2025 – Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Michael LoRusso has joined the firm as Chief Information Officer.
LoRusso brings to Korn Ferry 25 years of technology and global leadership experience with a broad operational background in both the public and private sectors. His expertise spans digital transformation, application development, cybersecurity, infrastructure management and audits and compliance.
Most recently, LoRusso was the CIO and Head of Shared Services at Embecta Corp. He has held various technology leadership positions at organizations that include Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), JPMorgan Chase and General Electric. He also served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant Commander.
LoRusso succeeds Brandon Johnson, who has retired from the CIO role after serving in this position for the last five years.

LoRusso earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
