Paula Dry Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner in Financial Services

New York, November, 20, 2025 – Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Paula Dry has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner in Financial Services. She will be based in the New York office.

Dry brings nearly 30 years of experience in organizational transformation and human capital development within the financial services industry. She advises clients on workforce change, future-of-work strategies, and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled operating models across human resources, finance, sales, and marketing.
