Failed Flash Test on Quickcheck
If during the QuickCheck your computer failed the Flash test you will need to enable Flash for your browser. Here is how to do it:
GOOGLE CHROME
- Open Chrome and type chrome://settings/content in the address bar and press Enter
- Scroll down to Flash and select the button next to "Allow sites to run Flash"
INTERNET EXPLORER 11
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
- Select Manage Add-Ons from the drop down menu
- Make sure that the Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled
FIREFOX
- Click the menu button and choose Add Ons. The Add-ons Manager tabe will open.
- In the Add-ones Manager tab, select the Plugins panel.
- Look for Shockwave Flash on your list. Set it to Ask to Activate.
SAFARI (MAC OS X 10.11 OR LATER)
- Choose Safari - Preferences
- Click the Websites tab and scoll down to the Plug-ins section.
- Locate the Adobe Flash Player entry
- Click the check box
- Select a setting for When visiting other websites (lower right corner) of On or Ask.
- Exit preferences
SAFARI (MAC OS X 10.10)
- Choose Safari - Preferences
- Click the Security Tab
- Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected.
- Click Plug-in Settings
- Select Adobe Flash Player
- From the When Visiting Other websites menu choose On, and then click Done.
