Technical Requirements for Multi Rater Surveys (KF360, ESCI, ILS, OCS)

Desktop Minimum Requirements - Hardware

• Processor:
  Windows:1.4 GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 or higher (or equivalent)
  Mac OS: 1.83 GHz Intel® CoreDuo or higher
   
• Network Connection: An active internet connection is required at all times.

Desktop Minimum Requirements - Software

• Operating System:
  Windows® version  7 or above
• Web Browser:
  Windows: Microsoft Edge (current or major previous version); Firefox (current or major previous version); Chrome (current or major previous version)
• Browser Options:
  JavaScript must be enabled
  Cookies must be enabled
  Pop-ups must be allowed

Network Requirements

Surveys.kornferry.com – US instance

White-list the following domains:

• *.kornferry.com
• assessments.kfproducts.com
• assessments-launch.kfproducts.com
• coreaas-api.kfproducts.com

The following e-mail addresses should be white listed or added to a 'trusted' list:

• the e-mail address of your Korn Ferry account manager sending out e-mails
• haysurveys@kornferry.com
• pathfinder@kornferry.com
• diagnostics@kornferry.com

White-list our login links

If your client is using a security application that scans and overwrites URLs contained in emails

(such as Microsoft Safelinks or Cisco URL rewriting), they will need to add the following URL

domains to the exception list so the application will not interfere with the use of our survey login

links:
