KF360 Technical Requirements

Desktop Minimum Requirements - Hardware

  • Processor:
    Windows:1.4 GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 or higher (or equivalent)
    Mac OS: 1.83 GHz Intel® CoreDuo or higher
     
  • Network Connection: An active internet connection is required at all times.

Desktop Minimum Requirements - Software

  • Operating System:
    Windows® version  7 or above
  • Web Browser:
    Windows: Microsoft Internet Explorer (minimum version: 11); Firefox (current or major previous version); Chrome (current or major previous version)
  • Browser Options:
    JavaScript must be enabled
    Cookies must be enabled
    Pop-ups must be allowed

Network Requirements

The following domains and/or host names should be whitelisted:

  • *.kornferry.com
  • assessments.kfproducts.com
  • assessments-launch.kfproducts.com
  • j735yqg24g.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com

The following e-mail addresses should be whitelisted or added to a 'trusted' list: 

  • the e-mail address of your Korn Ferry account manager sending out e-mails
  • haysurveys@kornferry.com
  • pathfinder@kornferry.com
  • diagnostics@kornferry.com

Depending on your network configuration, it may also be necessary to whitelist the following IP addresses: 

  • 40.80.144.17
  • 23.101.137.213
  • 52.151.8.123

NOTE: For all desktop browsers, JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.
