To guarantee that email invitations and reminders to participants are not caught in your spam/junk email filters, it may be necessary to whitelist our SMTP server IP:

For the assessments to function correctly, all of the following requirements must be met:
Active content (HTML files with <EMBED> and <OBJECT> tags) must be allowed.
Communication across the following ports must be allowed: HTTP (Port 80) and HTTPS (Port 443)
Network traffic to and from the following sites must be allowed:
assets.kornferry.com (plamscdn.azureedge.net) - effective January 18th, 2018
Depending on your network configuration, it may be necessary to create proxy exceptions or whitelist entries to insure that the above requirements are met.
Most pop-up blocking software will NOT interfere with the successful use of Korn Ferry assessments. However, should a pop-up blocker interfere with the assessment, please add (assessments.kornferry.com ) to the pop-up blocker exception list. Alternatively, before starting a Korn Ferry offering, you may instruct participants to disable all pop-up blockers on their computers.
