Web Link in Email Does Not Load The Intended Web Page

Detail:
Clicking on a web link in an email received from Korn Ferry does not load the intended web page.

Cause:
Link is being truncated by the receiver's email system - usually by wrapping the end of the link to the next line of the email.

Solution:
Copy and paste the entire link from the email into your internet browser's address bar and press the enter key. Make sure you copy and paste the entire link. For instance, if the link looks like this in your email:

http://www.kornferry.com/customer-support/
knowledgebase/kb_0011

It needs to look like this in your browser's address bar:

http://www.kornferry.com/customer-support/knowledgebase/kb_0011

(In this example, you would need to copy and paste twice to get the whole link into the address bar. Only one line can be pasted into a browser's address bar at a time.)
