This release introduces a new suite of dashboards, including four for assessment clients and at least one new Tableau view for every product across the platform. With this release, Korn Ferry expands into the Workday Marketplace to bring more of our talent science directly into the flow of work—right where leaders and teams already work every day. Korn Ferry Assess is now available with two powerful use cases: Selection and Development. Clients can embed assessments into their existing Workday workflows to identify the right talent for every role and create personalized development plans based on individual potential—all without ever leaving their HCM environment.
