He's become a trusted advisor to the C-suite and the CIO/CTO community with his experience across industry and sectors as well as his deep expertise in the changing market dynamics that impact companies' ability to create value through their technology strategy.

Adam also brings significant experience in leadership assessment and succession, helping companies understand the talent they have, identify gaps, balanced with the external leadership market to build multi-faceted scenario plans that will allow organizations to adapt and thrive through market evolution.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Adam helped build an innovative digital business that delivered insights on next generation leadership for organizations globally as they look to drive large scale change and evolve their business through their internal leadership.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Active across the technology and innovation communities, he brings a balanced perspective shaped by time spent in both Chicago and Boise—where he can be found outdoors, behind a camera, or supporting his hometown Chicago sports teams.
