AK is involved in all aspects of Korn Ferry’s Practices go-to-market strategy, leading new business development, client outreach, and strategic partnerships across Korn Ferry’s Practices including Executive Search(ES), Professional Search (PS), Physician Search, Interim Hiring, Volume Hiring, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Management Consulting,Organizational Structure & Strategy, Leadership Development, Compensation & Governance, Assessments, Digital Solutions, and SaaS Solutions.
Having worked in the US, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and North Africa, AK brings a global perspective and diverse industry experience including Education Technology, Software Development, Healthcare, Audit and Enterprise Risk Service (AERS), Banking, Management Consulting, Real Estate, and Automotive.
For over five years, AK was part of a leadership team tasked with the transformation of the Arabic Healthcare Library content based on MayoClinic, Harvard Medical Publications, and Milner Fenwick.
Additionally, AK Co-Founded a Lebanese industrial conglomerate and has held various leadership positions reporting to the Chairman and Board of Directors.
AK is an active member of his community serving on Lebanese American Business Council (LAB-C) in Washington D.C. and at local NGOs in NewJersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
AK successfully completed his Negotiation and Competitive Decision-Making Program at Harvard Business School, received his Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and established a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia with an emphasis in Accounting and International Business.
