A demonstrated specialist in executive search, Alexandra has successfully served her growing client base for a decade.  Her thorough and thoughtful approach includes an in-depth client interview process to understand the specific functional, technical and leadership capabilities that are required as well as a deep dive into the cultural context of the client. This deep dive includes interviews and discussions with the HR team but also the functional team for which she is hiring.  She applies equal rigor when surfacing, interviewing and submitting candidates to her clients.

In addition to her technology, professional services and manufacturing practice, she is a real estate expert with executive placement experience across asset classes (industrial, multifamily, office, retail, hotel and land) as well as real estate functional areas (development, acquisitions, property management, asset management, sales & marketing, and finance).  

Alexandra has spent her entire career at Korn Ferry Lucas Group impressively rising from a receptionist to a Managing Consultant.   With a focus on living a healthy and active life, Alexandra is an avid equestrian including as an active volunteer with several local nonprofits.
