Alina Polonskaia is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry and one of the leaders of the firm’s Global CEO Succession Practice.

Alina partners with boards and CEOs on succession planning, enterprise leadership, and board effectiveness, with a focus on both client success and developing the next generation of Korn Ferry colleagues. Alina is particularly recognized for helping senior teams strengthen effectiveness and collective problem solving at the top, enabling organizations to de-risk leadership transitions and accelerate performance.

Earlier in her career, Alina led Korn Ferry’s global DE&I consulting practice, where she pioneered approaches to inclusive leadership and co-authored The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Leaders, translated in multiple languages. She also held senior consulting roles at Oliver Wyman (Delta) and Mercer. A thought leaders and a frequent commentator in the Financial Times, Bloomberg, and other global outlets, Alina is known for bringing rigorous evidence-based insights and a pragmatic orientation to the most complex leadership challenges. She holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
