Alina Polonskaia is a globally recognized expert in inclusive leadership, frequently quoted in prominent media outlets such as the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Chief Executive, and the Financial Post. She co-authored the book “The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Leaders” used by multiple universities around the world to teach inclusive leadership.

At Korn Ferry, Alina is part of the CEO Succession and Enterprise Leadership practice and co-leads Korn Ferry’s Live Room, a solution focused on collaborative problem-solving. She serves as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies across various industries, specializing in enterprise leadership, succession and leadership continuity, top team effectiveness, inclusive innovation, and team-based collaboration. 

Previously, Alina led Korn Ferry’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting Practice. Before joining Korn Ferry, she was the Global Leader of Mercer’s Executive Peer Client Networks, where she engaged senior executives from Fortune 500 companies in collective problem-solving on critical talent and leadership issues across North America, EMEA, and LATAM.  Prior to that, Alina consulted with Oliver Wyman (Delta), a leading management consulting firm.

Alina holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. She resides in Toronto, Canada, with her partner and two children.
