Alissa Moody is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Philadelphia office. She works with industrial manufacturing and industrial technology companies to build C‑suite leadership teams that enable growth, transformation, and long‑term value creation.

Known for her tenacity, transparency, collaborative approach, and creative agility, Alissa helps clients unlock their potential by aligning leadership capability with business strategy. She is valued for her ability to navigate complex operating environments, anticipate evolving market demands, and deliver diverse, high‑impact leadership solutions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Alissa spent more than 15 years with a boutique executive search firm, where she served as Practice Leader for the industrial manufacturing and technology sectors. She advised public and private equity–backed companies on CEO and C‑suite leadership, partnering extensively across automation, Industry 4.0, electronics, semiconductors, data centers, and other segments at the intersection of manufacturing and technology.

Alissa holds a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
