Alvin Ng is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Hong Kong office and a core member of the firm's Global Industrial Practice and Supply Chain Center of Expertise. He advises multinational corporations and leading Asian enterprises on executive search, leadership succession, organizational transformation, and enterprise talent strategy.
With deep expertise in industrials, supply chain, and operations leadership, Alvin has led executive searches and leadership engagements across logistics, distribution & transportation services, diversified manufacturing, industrial technology, infrastructure and construction services, power and utilities, electronic manufacturing services, and packaging solutions. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he led the Supply Chain & Operations Officers Practice for Asia Pacific and the Middle East at a global executive search firm.
Alvin partners with clients to build future-ready leadership teams, with a particular focus on supply chain transformation, digitization, sustainability, and ESG-driven growth agendas. He has supported several organizations recognized in Gartner's Supply Chain Top 25, helping them attract digital-native leaders and align talent strategies with evolving business and operational priorities.
Before specializing in executive search, Alvin worked in the human capital advisory practice of a Big Four professional services firm and began his career with a European consulting boutique. His cross-sector experience spans industrial, technology, consumer, financial services, and the nonprofit sector.
Alvin holds an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
