She places sales, marketing and digital executives who deliver ROI through innovation and digital transformation.

Amanda serves as a strategic partner to clients in the Technology/SaaS, Financial Services/FinTech and Private Equity/Venture Capital verticals and specializes in the placement of talent at the Sr. Director, VP, SVP, and C-Suite level with companies looking to hire Digital, User Experience, Marketing, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Social Media, Consumer Experience & Personalization, Demand Generation, Product, Business Development and Sales professionals.

Highly effective at managing cross-functional teams and projects, Amanda thrives on the fast-paced nature of professional search. She works to identify top talent for a wide range of companies, forming strategic, mutually beneficial connections.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as Senior Partner at Lucas Group and Vice President with Robert Half’s Creative Group. Amanda also comes from a creative background having worked for three of the largest global Public Relations agencies - Ketchum, Cohn & Wolfe and Fleishman Hilliard, as well as working client-side as Director of Marketing for a commercial real estate development company.

Amanda holds a BS in Agriculture Communications from the University of Florida.
