She has a successful track-record of recruiting mid-market to executive leadership within Enterprise Technology & SaaS, Financial Services & FinTech and Consumer/Retail industries. 

She applies proven techniques through the executive search process to drive results at every stage, including relationship development, research, search strategy, candidate identification and development, and search execution. Amanda serves as a strategic partner to clients and specializes in the placement of talent at the mid-level with companies looking to hire Sales, Marketing, and Digital professionals globally.

Amanda also comes from a creative background having worked for three of the largest global Public Relations agencies - Ketchum, Cohn & Wolfe and Fleishman Hilliard, as well as working client-side as Director of Marketing for a commercial real estate development company.

Amanda holds a BS in Agriculture Communications from the University of Florida.
