Since joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Boron has successfully executed C-suite succession and search engagements across Fortune 500 retail, consumer products, hospitality, industrial and financial services organizations. She brings significant experience working closely with Boards and CEOs to translate their key strategic priorities and unique corporate culture into robust leadership success profiles. In 2017, she was awarded the firm's Founder Award for her efforts in expanding the firm's succession planning capabilities.
In addition to her involvement in the CEO and C-suite Succession Practices, Ms. Boron has played a critical role on several high-profile CEO, President and C-suite search assignments.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Boron founded her own talent management firm where she assisted high-growth technology companies identify top talent and plan long-term talent strategies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Boron worked for a boutique executive search firm where she led senior-level assignments within the Higher Education and Collegiate Athletics sectors.
Ms. Boron received her Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Furman University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
