Senior Client Partner, Global Technology Market

Amie Chu is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry’s Global Technology practice and focuses on assignments across the digital spectrum including cloud computing, IoT, AI, e-commerce and cybersecurity.

Amie joined Korn Ferry from McKinsey & Company where she was an engagement manager based in the Singapore and Shanghai offices. Her clients included leading multi-national technology companies, consulting on topics such as business and digital transformation, growth and market entry strategy and operations optimization and turnaround.

At Korn Ferry, Amie has worked extensively for leading technology, software and cybersecurity companies, ranging from early stage and pre-IPO companies to Fortune 100 companies and private equity companies to help them recruit general management, functional and C-suite leaders.

She has developed deep expertise in the technical functions and has led numerous searches for Chief Product Officers, Chief Technology Officers and Heads of Engineering.

Amie leads Korn Ferry’s Vancouver office as Managing Partner.

Amie holds a BS in electrical engineering and management from McMaster University in Canada. She received the Stanford Graduate Fellowship, gaining admission to the PhD program and leading to a masters of science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University where her graduate research focused on signal processing algorithms and techniques for real-time imaging. She is a published lead author in a peer-viewed journal in the area of neural networks.
