




Amy works in Korn Ferry’s interim Finance & Accounting practice, specializing in roles within the CFO organization.
She identifies leaders for company turnarounds, M&A, integration and carve-outs, finance transformation initiatives, and coverage for extended employment leaves.
Amy leads C-suite through time-sensitive and complex situations and is known for her ability to build trust quickly and align diverse stakeholders. She is a diligent business partner and deeply committed to helping clients achieve their business objectives.
Amy began her career with a global search firm where she held a secondment in London, England. She later moved in-house with Deloitte, where she led national recruiting across Corporate Strategy, Research & Innovation, Industry Research, and Marketing functions. She also spent time in Partner, Principal, and Director recruitment. Amy ultimately desired a more specialized focus and started an independent practice hiring healthcare consultants for provider strategy and workforce planning engagements.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a Minnesota native but has lived in Chicago for 25 years. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, with volunteer trips to Nepal, Vietnam, and Guatemala through Habitat’s Global Village Program.
