Ana Claudia Reis

As a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Board & CEO Services practice, Ana works with organizations across Latin America on board effectiveness, CEO and executive succession, board assessment, board compensation, and governance. She helps boards and leadership teams navigate critical decisions and align governance and leadership strategies with business priorities.

In addition to her work in Board & CEO Services, Ana continues to lead executive search assignments, with a particular focus on the Technology and Professional Services sectors. Drawing on deep industry expertise and an extensive executive network, she advises clients on identifying and attracting leaders who can drive growth, innovation, and transformation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ana held senior leadership roles in executive search and leadership advisory, partnering with multinational corporations, privately held companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity-backed organizations on executive recruitment, succession planning, and leadership assessment. Earlier in her career, she worked in management consulting, helping organizations define strategy and improve business performance. She began her career in the telecommunications industry in technology leadership roles and has also served as a professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC Minas) and Insper.

Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC Minas) and a Master's degree in Information Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). She is an active member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), Women Corporate Directors (WCD), and Women on Boards (WeOB).

Ana is fluent in Portuguese and English and is proficient in Spanish.
