With a strong background in consumer, technology, and high-growth industries, she brings a relationship-driven and results-oriented approach to identifying and securing top talent while helping organizations build diverse, high-performing teams.
Prior to rejoining Korn Ferry, Ana worked at Uber, where she led talent acquisition initiatives across Latin America and North America. In this role, she developed recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives, partnered with cross-functional leadership.

Ana holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana.
