Andrew Udale has been a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s London office within the Executive Pay & Governance practice since joining in 2016.
Andrew’s principal advisory clients have operated in almost all business sectors.
Andrew specialises in providing pragmatic, commercial and cost effective advice principally to UK companies. His appointments are typically as a trusted advisor through the chair of a company’s remuneration committee.
He currently advises the remuneration committees of Bellway, Bridgepoint, British Land, DS Smith, Howden Joinery, Investec, Kingspan, M&C Saatchi, National Express, PEPCO, PHP Group, Pool Re, Rotork, SEGRO, SIG and Spirax-Sarco Engineering.
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and combines strong financial and analytical skills with knowledge of investors’ views to deliver often innovative executive packages, to meet clients’ strategic needs.
