He leads our UK Insurance and InsurTech practice and works with Listed, Private Equity and VC backed clients and focus on all things related to Talent Strategy. This is most regularly Executive Search, Leadership Advisory, and Assessment and Succession.

His primary focus is on recruiting senior executives for carriers, intermediaries and reinsurers in the UK and across EMEA. He is also frequently engaged on global assignments working in partnership with Korn Ferry’s international offices, particularly in the US and APAC. Andy additionally works with clients to deliver on succession planning talent management, leadership development and diversity projects. 

Andy has developed expertise across both functional and insurance specific leadership areas including technology, claims, underwriting, operations, risk, actuarial and strategy, with significant time spent in the CFO, CEO and Insurance Board markets. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Andy worked for a boutique headhunting firm and was a Partner in their Insurance business with a focus on actuarial and risk management.

Andy has an BA Hons in English from the University of Sheffield.
