Anne Weinstein is a Senior Principal in Korn Ferry’s Advisory Practice. Her practice is focused on helping clients leverage Korn Ferry’s Leadership Development, Assessment, and Organization Strategy solutions for transformation, including supporting individuals and organizational transformation through executive and enterprise coaching. 

Ms. Weinstein is a member of the Life Sciences Team and is motivated by helping organizations accelerate innovation for patient outcomes.

Ms. Weinstein is a strategist and problem solver who is known for innovating and executing high quality engagements that drive for impact. Anne supports organizations across all phases of the talent lifecycle from recruitment to development and retention. She is recognized for leading complex engagements, including culture transformation, strategy development and execution, and learning development and coaching programs. Ms. Weinstein’s expertise also includes leadership development program facilitation.

Ms. Weinstein leverages a diverse professional background in her advisory work, including practicing as an attorney in the area of employment law. She has previously worked in the non-profit, education and state and local government arenas.

She brings broad-based experience developing and executing innovative programs and strategies that empower organizations and individuals to set, achieve, and sustain their goals. Ms. Weinstein’s focus is to create lasting impact for the individuals and organization with whom she partners.

Ms. Weinstein completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at Boston College and received her JD from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to the Massachusetts and California (retired) bar. She has also served on several non-profit boards and held leadership positions across many volunteer organizations.
