Senior Principal

Anne Weinstein is a Senior Principal in Korn Ferry’s Advisory Practice. She is a member of the Life Sciences Team with a focus on helping clients grow and transform in the area of Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Culture and Change. 

Her work also includes supporting individuals and organizations through individual and enterprise coaching programs. She is based out of the firm’s Boston office.

Ms. Weinstein is a strategist and problem solver who is known for innovating and executing high quality engagements that drive for impact. Anne supports organizations in all aspects of DE&I, including DE&I diagnostics across all phases of the talent lifecycle, strategy development and execution, and individual and organizational development.  Ms. Weinstein’s expertise includes facilitation and training.

Ms. Weinstein leverages a diverse professional background to her advisory work, including practicing as an attorney in the area of employment law. She has previously worked in the non-profit, education and state and local government arenas.

She brings broad-based experience developing innovative programs and strategies that empower organizations and individuals to set, achieve, and sustain their goals. 

Ms. Weinstein completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at Boston College and received her JD from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to the Massachusetts and California (retired) bar. She has also served on several non-profit boards, held leadership positions across many volunteer organizations, and serves as an elected Town Meeting member in her community.
