Barry Callender

Barry Callender is a Principal in Korn Ferry's Workforce Performance, Diversity and Inclusion practice (WPID). He serves clients in a variety of industries across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Callender works with clients' executive teams to develop diversity & inclusion strategies that align with their talent management and organization strategies. This strategic approach identifies key business drivers that enable each enterprise to develop region/function/level-specific tactics and accountability.

Building from this strategic approach Mr. Callender cascades his efforts throughout each level of management providing guidance on implementation, creating outcomes that enhance clients' ability to achieve higher levels of employee engagement, representation and return on talent management investments.

A seasoned trainer and facilitator, Mr. Callender supports his clients' talent management objectives through innovative program design and delivery on topics including leadership, diversity and inclusion, high-performing teams and cultural awareness. Participants emerge with skills and tools that enable them to drive higher levels of performance, teamwork and innovation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Callender managed a variety of operations and staff functions within United Parcel Service. He managed UPS' corporate office training and development function as the organization completed the relocation of its corporate office to Atlanta GA.

Barry holds a B.A. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Western Kentucky University. He is certified as a master coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and is a certified practitioner of the HBDI, Hogan and a variety of Korn Ferry assessments.
