Beth Miller is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s North America Healthcare Services Practice, where she focuses on C-suite and senior-level positions for hospitals, health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic institutions, physician group practices, and pediatric healthcare organizations. 

Known for her proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality results, Beth has over a decade of experience in executive search and leadership assessment.

Beth consistently identifies and brings forward highly qualified candidates, leveraging her domain expertise and deep understanding of individual client needs. She is dedicated to maintaining open dialogues with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the search engagement.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Beth was a core member of the healthcare services practice at another leading leadership advisory firm, executing executive-level searches for healthcare clients across the country. Previously, she served as a Principal at a boutique healthcare executive search firm, conducting numerous senior-level assignments for healthcare providers across all functional areas.

A fluent speaker of French and English, Beth holds a master’s degree in European Governance and Administration from Sciences Po Grenoble and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Her extensive experience and dedication to client and candidate engagement make her a sought-after advisor in the executive search industry.
